The location was perfect, wall king distance to the beach. The kitchen was useful although no fan for frying over the stove. Had only setting for 2 people ( dishes, glasses cups . Our biggest complain was the ac fan in the room was very loud and could not sleep with it on . Other than that it was a great stay for 3 nights. The Staff was awesome & hospitable & the cleaning staff as well. Suggestion if I may; it would be so nice if the outside grounds had propane BBQ grills to cook our meats while enjoying the beautiful weather. Just saying. Nonetheless , it was a great stay. Thank you!!

The room was basic but clean. The pool is small, we didn’t see anyone using it. The property is surprisingly big, several buildings spread over the block with plenty of parking. They let us keep the suite cases before checking in and texted when the room was ready. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. Overall good impression, would recommend staying there. There is a very good Greek restaurant 3 minutes by foot.

Great location and staff was very helpful and friendly. Good price too. The condition of the property was good. Shows some wear, however was very clean. The only issue I had and it was a bigger is was the noise. Our room was right next to the main road and it was very loud. Also, we could hear other guests throughout the night. Not sure if the property has quiet hours but if they do, some of the other guests did not follow.

Overall, we would recommend Hollywood Beachside Boutique Suites. It is an older property that is pretty run down but it is clean and a good value for the price. Location to the beach was great! Close to all the restaurants and shops on the broadwalk. Staff was friendly. The beach chairs they provide are nice ones with lots of pockets to hold your stuff and they give you beach towels to use as well. The room was pretty basic. Bed was comfortable. The big problem is that you could hear EVERYTHING...the neighbors, people outside, the delivery trucks to the hotel next door, the traffic farther out. All the outdoor sounds seemed amplified inside the room. Luckily we were still able to sleep through it. If you are looking for a place to just crash after a day around Hollywood Beach, this place is great. If you want a luxury beach getaway, you will need to look elsewhere.

Needs major renovations. Very dark at night for a solo traveler. Door lock inadequate, unsafe. Bathrooms old, moldy, low water pressure. The beds for both bedroom and trundle in living room very uncomfortable, Bedding on trundle ding. Sparse furnishings. I would not recommend.
