I have stayed at this hotel several times. The shuttle service gets worse and worse. After long delays at the airport we had to wait over an hour to wait for the shuttle. Even when I called several times thinking we were at the wrong location for pick-up and was told 15 mins, then 30 mins. Once the shuttle got there there wasn’t enough room for our party, so I sat on the lap of a traveling companion to be able to catch that shuttle. I will book another hotel next time I am in Miami and uber.
The breakfast was terrible. For someone who has a food allergy, eggs are always my go to. They were not even edible, and there wasn’t any hard boiled eggs for a backup protein.
Postitives: The staff is very friendly. There is free shuttle service to the port. The hotel is very clean and their in-house store has a good variety of snacks and drinks. It is located close to a couple of convenience stores. Lots of food delivery options.
