I have stayed at this hotel several times. The shuttle service gets worse and worse. After long delays at the airport we had to wait over an hour to wait for the shuttle. Even when I called several times thinking we were at the wrong location for pick-up and was told 15 mins, then 30 mins. Once the shuttle got there there wasn’t enough room for our party, so I sat on the lap of a traveling companion to be able to catch that shuttle. I will book another hotel next time I am in Miami and uber. The breakfast was terrible. For someone who has a food allergy, eggs are always my go to. They were not even edible, and there wasn’t any hard boiled eggs for a backup protein. Postitives: The staff is very friendly. There is free shuttle service to the port. The hotel is very clean and their in-house store has a good variety of snacks and drinks. It is located close to a couple of convenience stores. Lots of food delivery options.

I had an excellent stay at this Salt Lake City apartment. The space was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. It had everything that is needed for a relaxing and convenient visit. The location was ideal for exploring the city and accessing nearby restaurants and attractions. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and professional. I would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Salt Lake City.

I loved th airport shuttle. The breakfast was great as well. The concern I have is I seen others maybe 2 minutes late to breakfast and the servants was already cleaning up and didn’t give them a chance to grab something to eat. Also I had to ask housekeeping for clean towels 3 days in a row. That was disappointing and no room service cleaned the room. I had to stop her in the hallway to ask for help. Check in and out was easy. The hold that was placed on my card for the deposit also took a long time to fall off. Over a week and a half after my stay. I would stay here again.

Overall fair place, we only stayed overnight on our way to a cruise. I did see a roach in the bathroom the next morning which I was instantly not okay with. If this did not occur, the stay would’ve been perfect for what it was.
