Legitimate prostitution ring operated more like a halfway house absolutely sketchy as can be I abandoned my reservation after 30 minute of listening to a guy who had just got out of jail trying to haggle for a half night rate… It was terrible people kept circling my wife out in the car…. Absolutely horrible

Pool had not been operarable in quite some time and the gym was not operational either. Pictures look nothing like the property. Bathroom was dirty. No mini fridge or microwave. Bathroom unclean, faucet was wobbling, toilet wasn't flushing properly. No blanket or covering on the bed. Overall horrible! Booked 2 nights and only stayed 1. We ran out of there.

Beautiful room with antique solid furniture and bed. Microwave and fridge. Helpful and friendly staff. But, the pool and jacuzzi are out of order, one day no hot water, restaraunt closed. Noone answers the phone. The internet and TV fail regularly. Kevanni was very helpful at the front desk.

room doors were old and heavy, poor , restrooms in rooms were old and dirty, lamp shades missing in room 402, poor lighting in room 403 not a single piece of decoration on the walls. overall not acceptable. room next door people were talking loudly until 5 am and worse thing was nobody answered the phone at the front desk over 10 times tried to get assistance.

Run down, nasty, pool closed. Dining closed. Gift shop closed. Elevator out of order. Was at the property for 20 minutes and asked for a refund. Very much flase advertisement.

The whole plaza was not good no room service/the maids don't clean up all they do is be on the phone they half cleaned the room/they steal money off people credit card and they have no respect for nobody that's all
