I arrived to the property not staffing on reception was a few people in front me went the staffing came out she only said is not more room available i has to go to another hotel to rent for the night

We left right after we got there! Room had no curtain facing parking lot on 1st floor, no phone, no towels, no remote, no chairs or table just mini fridge unattached and sideways unplugged, the space for hanging clothes and accessories was completely empty, and last BUT NOT LEAST THERE WAS A BIG CRAWLING ON BED. SO NASTY - and they had the nerve to require a $100 additional deposit for a one night stay for incidentals!! Pictures online aren’t current either.

The room is old and outdated and so is the furniture, their were all sorts of illegal activities going on in and around the building but the biggest was prostitution, paint peeling from the walls, furniture smell old and like mold, it was not a good experience and for $203 per night I expected a little better.

Its a total dump. I was scared staying here being a solo traveler. I called to confirm address 5 times, sent text and email no response at all. When I came to check in 7 pm ish I mentioned to the staff, he said no shocker. Woke up and saw the live roach and took a video and staff, she said there was no manager on duty. I immediately zipped up my luggage as to not take any unwanted pest along on my cruise. I wouldn't recommended it at all. All the paint is over sprayed on doors and walls. Bath tubs in bad condition, safe rusty. Only thing nice was the location across Publix, restaurant, gyms. The elevator closest to lobby was broken, apparently a couple got into a fight, so I had to pull my 2 pieces of luggage across to the other end of the building over carpet which made it very difficult. Its approximately $30 to get to Port Everglades.

Unfortunate 0 stars is not an option. I was there for less than an hour and had to find new lodging. The rooms were not as advertised. When i got my room tje toilet was running, the bathroom floor was greasy, and the bed was on a plywood board. On top of that I never heard back about being refunded for my charge.

I was charged for 3 days and was refused a refund. The last time I did stay here the pictures did not match the actual rooms nor the hotel. Sad to say the parking was cleaner than the actual hotel rooms. There’s roaches inside of the rooms to accompany you if you’re lonely. It smells like smoke inside of the hotel. The pool was inaccessible. The staff there never answers the phone so there’s no way for anyone to get through to the front desk.

Bugs in the elevator. Elevators that don’t work. Hallways unkept. Television selection terrible. You would think there would be soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. Worst hotel I ever had.
