Room was clean. Comforter was warm, soft, fluffy and clean. Many pillows on each bed. Bathroom shower was wonderful. Front desk people were kind, friendly and able to get us in a room early. Starbucks in the lobby but extremely pricey. Pool was clean and big. Weight room was great except no rowing machine. Surrounding neighborhood was sketchy and not many choices for food if not car. I would stay here again for my next cruise.

The service was good, and the staff was overall nice. The dinner food was good. The room was clean and did not feel outdated. The only issues we had were the lack of counterspace in the bathroom and getting the front door to close properly. For some reason the deadbolt kept coming out when trying to close the door to leave the room. Aside from that maintenance issue, the stay was wonderful and I would still consider returning to this hotel.

Comfy beds however stains and smears on pillow case and covers. There were no bags in either trash cans. Enjoyed the option to connect to my Netflix account NO FIRE STICK NEEDED lol.
