We loved our second stay at Sonesta Ft. Lauderdale Beach. The view was unobstructed, beautiful ocean view, staff is so attentive, friendly, great breakfast, lunch and dinner. I love their margaritas! Great weather. The Bar is amazing! So happy! We can’t wait to go back. :)

I had to check out 15 minutes after checking in. Never stayed there and demand refund now! The bed was waste high and could never get on/off safely. Was told all their beds like that and go to Expedia for refund!!!

The room was great; however, the cost to park for the week was almost $700, which was not shared by the hotel until we checked in, and they charged us for both daily and nightly parking. We will not be returning there again.

Very beautiful hotel/resort with a zen vibe. We had a nice view of the ocean with lots of people walking the area at night so a safe location.

Prior to my arrival I contacted the hotel directly with some specific questions relating to parking and my plans and purpose of my stay. I received no response at all. The only positive employee encounter was with the dining room waiter during dinner service on our day of arrival. During check out the clerk inquired if I enjoyed my stay, and I responded, "marginal", She ignored my response and handed me my bill. As a very experienced traveler I can only wonder what I missed while making my reservation.
