Bed bugs!!!! Excellent location, but the night staff is rude, and most of all, we were covered in new bed bug bites every morning!!! I’d stay away and go somewhere else, especially with kids.

Pool needs a lot of work. Pull out mattress was disgusting. Sheets were not great for pull out. Front desk rep was fairly rude upon check-in. Travelocity misrepresented suite on website. I thought we were getting two bedrooms and suite. Best part was the valet -- very professional and friendly.
