Very disappointing check-in experience. I had a confirmed reservation, yet upon arrival I was asked to wait about 15 minutes. That wait turned into approximately 1 hour to an hour and a half. During this time, the front desk agent, Jose Perez, provided no updates, no apology, and no courtesy despite the fact that I was waiting with three children and it was my daughter’s birthday. Each time I approached the desk, I was simply told to wait rather than being given a clear explanation. When we were finally assigned a room, it was not clean and had visible fecal stains on the bed. We had to return to the front desk and request a room change. While the room was eventually changed, there was no upgrade, no accommodation, and no attempt to make up for the inconvenience or acknowledge the situation. Additionally, no information was provided about the hotel, amenities, or policies we were simply handed a key. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional and dismissive, and the cleanliness issue was unacceptable. I am still staying here and trying to make the best of it, but this experience has significantly impacted my impression of the hotel.

The receipt print out for our rooms did not match what was taken from our credit card. The beds were extremely small. They're not double/queen beds, they're full, which hardly fits 2 small adults.

Arrived with a confirmed Expedia booking at Ocean B Resort and was denied accommodation due to overbooking. We reached the hotel at 10 PM with our 6-month-old baby and were simply turned away. Front desk staff were rude and offered no help. This property should not be allowed to accept bookings if they cannot honor them. Very poor experience.

You would think there was a shortage on towels and sheets. Everyday asked for more then 4 towels, always told no more towels. Asked for a cot, not cots: ran out of soap cause they only fill 1/4 the way, never refilled soap. Pools xlose at dark which is literally 5:00 pm. Staff always too busy to help. The air conditioning is either freezing you to death or sweating you to death. 2/3 the charger outlets don’t work, phone don’t work. Honestly place sucks

Staff and amenities were great. Housekeeping was subpar. For a 4 night stay, I had to request housekeeping to come refresh room every day. On the final night, I gave up and just asked for towels and coffee cups. Front desk staff, bar, valet/concierge service was great. I loved the close proximity to beach. This was our 2nd stay here and hope things improve for us to return again next year.

Housekeeping. Two days we did not get our room cleaned and I asked three times for more body wash and it was never refilled. When they did come they just made the bed and took trash out. Also ran out of towels one day at the pool and beach.
