Nobu pool staff seemed unfriendly. We went for a walk on the beach and pool staff took our personal belongings away and lost them. Nothing valuable but still. Restaurant is good, we like the breakfast buffet. Junior rooms with balcony are not worth it. No privacy on balcony’s. Rooms are dated. Not all Ocean view are nice. We’d stay at the Setay instead next time.

Lovely property. Sometimes they are overwhelmed by the number of guests. Many conferences, weddings, private parties so don’t expect to get to sleep early on weekend. Very comfortable bed and terrific rain shower. The beach is heavenly. 4 pools but only the Nobu pool gets sun all day. I was sick one day and guest services sent up chicken soup and kept checking on me which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. We had a great dinner at Nobu. Roberto who checked us in and out and Jamie who helped another day really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

Miami March 2025

We had a good time in Miami. The location of the hotel is quite far from South Beach in terms of walking (took us an hour at a good pace) so great if you’re looking to be away from the noise. Room wise, it was quite tired I would say and the service was fine, nothing extraordinary. Overall a fine stay but probably not worth the price. Would spend more and stay somewhere else.

Liked the service they provided, from hotel lobby check-in to check-out (great service Richard). Although traffic flow could be better, as it took a while for my ride shares to reach the front entrance due to the high volume of traffic entering and leaving.
