Amazing room! Huge with a wrap around balcony. Classy lobby and wonderfully smelling hallways with their signature scent that’s similar to the shampoo and shower gel. Great service from everyone! Definitely will recommend.

King suite with panoramic ocean view was gorgeous. I loved the decor, especially the bathroom which was opulent. Enjoyed the sunrise from our balcony every morning and turndown service at night. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Hope to come back soon.

Terrible room and over price for the amenities. The sofa in our room was ripped and old. The room is super small. Garbage bins from cleaning crew were parked outside our room door from 9:00am till 4:00pm everyday. Not very kind front desk. Stay away!

Hotel service staff (bartenders, waiters/waitresses, beach servers, etc..) were great. The hotel staff, concierge and front desk were not as helpful. The rooms and amenities were good, but for the price, I would have liked to have more. Staying at high-end Hilton and Marriott properties, the operation feels a lot more dialed in. I was looking for restaurant suggestions and was told to use OpenTable, the shop had no essentials (toothpaste or disposable razors), and my phone in my room did not work and was never fixed, so any time I wanted something I used my cell phone to call the front desk. These are little things, but when you are spending this much for a room, they should not be an issue.
