We enjoyed the restaurant that was attached to the hotel! The rooms doesn't look like the advertisement, the bed wasn't so comfortable, and there was constant noise from the upper hotel room above us! We complained to the staff regarding our unpleasant experience. I would give the rooms a three and a half , maybe a four. The distance walking to South Beach was nice. We suggest a sprucing for the hotel rooms, would be nice!

Advertised on the website is early check in, but its not honored by tbe staff, I followed the directions to checkin early and would have gladly paid the 50.00$ fee , one of the reasons I chose to stay here was the early check in option and they didn't honor that, they said no early check in is allowed, but we were able to leave our luggage, we were allows to enter the roomnonly after calling multiple times and talking a front desk crew person and coming back to the hotel and almost begging because a person in our party was clearly showing heat exhaustion symptoms and telling the desk staff he needed to lay down and be given some water and rest because he was on the verge of passing out and if he passed out we were going to call police and ambulance if he passed out in the hallway, then we were allowed to check in 30 minutes earlier, there was no waiting or reception area, no bathroom we could use and there wasn't even any type of vending machines, they didn't even try to help or offer any water but overall stay was ok, and the beach and shops were located in walking distance

We arrived early in the morning and took our chances with trying to check in. The young lady arrived at 10 am and immediately helped us, upgrading our room. Being there with my scooter she gave us a ground floor larger room. Very satisfied!

Very old Elevator - not in good condition Not sound proof rooms, can hear people talking outside, in corridor & adjacent rooms Breakfast is horrible (very limited). During check- in , I had to pay more towards taxes than the amount mentioned in the Expedia booking confirmation.
