Horrible, the first room was dark, smelled of mold and had a pillar in the middle of the room, we asked to change the second room, it was good, but I intend to never go back to this place.

The room was disguising cockroach’s coming from under the door and nightstands. When told front desk they brought in a can of raid sprayed the smell was so harsh for my young kids. After seeing the 4 roach the host brought us the can of raid. Unfriendly staff and when I asked for a refund or room change they acting like they knew no English and said to call Expedia

The only thing they have going for is the location and friendly staff. Everything else is terrible. Checked in the room and floor was loaded with sand; no hot water. The shower and bathroom floor is same level, so water was all over the bathroom floor, go brush and there is a huge water pool you have to stand in. It took maintenance 12h to fix the hot water. No hangers, no cupboards for attire, no wardrobe. Ceiling light and fan doesn't work. Go for a sleep and the upstair neighbours walk and you will be up from the noise. i assume there is no soundproof ceiling. All in very much not recommended!

Apartment size it was fine , it was dusty and window needed covers barely cover any light , noisy from upstairs you can hear it and bed something was biting us, we couldn’t find anything on the bed but definitely have bite on legs and arms

It was a lil spot but front desk guy was very nice the room looked just like the pictures and it was clean. The third sofa bed was a bit hard no mattress just a couch that turned into a bed. Overall location was good easy access in and out i would go back.

The room was decent size. The room did not look recently renovated like stated online. None of the furniture or accommodations looked new or fairly new. I like the fact that a small fridge, coffee maker, dishes, and dinning table are provided. It would be nice if the rooms had a separate sink beside the bathroom to wash the dishes. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I also greatly appreciate the staff member on site, who helped when I couldn't open my door. Many thanks to him.

Great stay with helpful staff and perfect location We had a great experience at Miami International Apartments by Lowkl. The staff was very friendly and responsive. We booked two rooms—one with a kitchen and two queen beds, and another with one queen bed. Both were clean and had all the basic amenities. Room service was available when requested, and the kitchen made it easy to cook during our stay. The location is excellent, just a 2 to 5 minute walk from the beach. The only issue we noticed was that the hot water in the shower wasn’t very warm. It was fine during summer, but it might be a problem in winter. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Miami.

We had cockroaches in our room. Service was terrible. We booked it for 6 people and only got towels and blankets for 2. We asked multiple times and still never got it. Onsite laundry was broken. And the room was dirty.
