The room wasn't cleaned everyday, contrary to what the website said. We had to ask for towels. Part of the resort fee was that towels would be available poolside or to take to the beach. No towels again. Several guests went to the front desk and was told they would brong some out. 2 hours later. NO towels. We had to walk to our room wet.
