Beach was awesome

The beach, pool, and tikki hut were nice. If you leave the resort the food was way overpriced and not really good. The tikki bar for was pretty good and a decent price. The room is outdated but the view from the balcony was amazing.

Perfect location and great value!

It’s a no frills place to stay, but it was clean and had all of what we needed. The location is fantastic and the balcony has a great view and sound of the ocean. The pool area is very nice and the building is very clean. Minimal complaint…the couch is an uncomfortable futon and no TV in the bedroom. Overall, we will definitely return!

Great place

This property was nice . Access to the pool and beach were easy. It was nice to have that on the property. The room itself was nice. Beautiful view. Everything you need. ( the toaster oven didn’t work correctly. ) FYI- you can’t leave the sliding door open due to the humid air but other than that it was a nice getaway!

2/10 Terrible

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Communication
Th location and view were on point, nothing else was. The room is very outdated and in need of paint. The sinks were stopped up, each time we used the bathroom sink, the kitchen sink would make a noise and then a foul smell would emerge. The umbrella we were provided for the beach was broke. We saw a cockroach crawling on our window. On the last morning of our stay, there was hammering and some kind of repairs being made on our floor, a heads up would have been considerate. I sent a text message to the property owner and still have not heard back. And finally, the customer service needs some serious work. They were rude and no one smiled!

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I had to call the company because no one responded with the check in procedures. No paper towels or napkins & only one dish towel. 2 hot plates, one missing a bottom piece and the other did not hold the temperature. Couch had make shift arm rests and cover was filthy. This place is horribly in need of new furnishings & updating. The view was excellent but everything else was horrible including the check in process with no luggage carts to assist with groceries & everything else. I have stayed at many VRBOs and this place was by far the worst.
