First thing first this man charged my card before I even decided if I wanted to stay and claimed he couldn’t refund because his manager . I requested for one night nd was booked for 2 so basically I was forced to stay there both nights , He gave us a a molded damp room with a filthy bathroom and the window didn’t lock nd argued with me about what won’t happen nd all the windows are like that HE LIED nd it said it was barb wires for the safety so I went outside to check no wires and a short fence that’s connected to other apartments so they had access if the wanted to , I wouldn’t have mind if the room was higher but this the bottom floor so when I requested for another room he said his manager again nd said he’s have to charge me more b/c i didn’t feel safe for me nd my daughters but after I said I’ll call the cops he eventually gave me a different room Md the bathroom was filthy nd claimed it’s the paint 😅 now that was funny . Asked for breakfast to be included the breakfast is a JOKE ! Don’t waste your money ! Don’t even give complementary coffee wasn’t a coffee maker . Didn’t have rags so they gave us face towels for face rags . Okay now I wake up it’s a charge for a towel for ice cream spil sent me pictures of it not washed I asked for the after for them to say it was damaged he sent the dirty picture but told me that’s it cleaned when in fact it’s still on the floor in room via the picture he sent … the guys are sassy with bad attitudes nd very inconsiderate liars !

The hotel is in a great location everything is in walking distance. We arrived to the hotel early and requested an earlier check in which cost 57 dollars. When we got in the room the bed and pillows had prior guest hair on them. I requested sheets and just put them over the old sheets. The bathroom soaps in the containers were empty. Also, the bathroom is in desperate need of a paint job and the walls looked dirty. I stayed in room 215. Each room door has a quote from a famous person which I thought was cute. The staff was very pleasant. The cost of the hotel was very reasonable. However, I would not stay at this location again.

I absolutely LOVE this wonderful hotel! The front desk staff and cleaning crew were extremely kind and very helpful!! The rooms are super cute and made me feel like I was at home. There is an overwhelming smell of air freshener in the lobby and hallway. Upon opening the door to the tiny room, we realized why. The room reeked of mold. Stay away if you are even a little bit smell sensitive or care about your lungs!
