The property was beautiful and extremely clean. The resort had a convention there but we hardly saw any other people. The food and drinks were really good but expensive. 3 small margaritas cost $66 before all of the fees added on

Love this property. It’s become my favorite property to stay at in Mia. Has a luxurious feel. The junior suite balcony view is unmatched. Staff is always nice and accommodating. Looking forward to my next stay.

I have stayed here many times sometimes three times a year, over fifteen years. This time I had a room next to a maids store room and a terrible view into a roof. Also the bed was one of the worst on a two week trip in the US. Hilton beds put this to shame.Really one of my worst times in this hotel very disappointing. Maybe they need to take care of repeat guests . The hotel was 30% full which makes it worse. Will think twice about returning.
