I've stayed at this property a few times and the experience has been consistent. The location is great, apart from large crowds, and I've always felt safe. The common areas, facilities, pool, and beach are kept clean and well appointed. I will say the restaurant prices are a bit pricey but I don't mind as much for the luxury experience. There are plenty of restaurants a short distance off property and the food delivery services are another efficient option. Overall, this property is worth it.

Newly refreshed rooms and wonderful pool and beach. Check in line was a bit long, but staff were very friendly. Nobu on property was spectacular and gelato cart by the pool was amazing. Great location in Miami Beach!

I felt ripped of here, we booked an ocean view suite at top dollar!! The hotel has 21 floors, they assigned us a room on the lowest floor in guest room that obstructed views. We asked to be moved but of course they prioritized lower rate paying guest instead. I will never consider staying here again, better off paying a little more for 5 star “resort”.

The rooms were nice. The amenities are nice, but we visited at a busy time of year and the property seemed understaffed. Our room wasn’t ready at check-in and it took quite a while until we could get into it. They charge for things I expected to be included, such as umbrellas and bikes. The service at the beach was okay, they were very busy and some of our order didn’t come and we had to ask to have items removed from the bill. I wished the beach menu and onsite restaurants had more light/healthy options, I don’t like eating pizza and burgers at the beach. Because of the limited food options, we took Ubers to South Beach often. It is walkable, but a long walk (maybe 30 min depending on where you go), and there is a nice path along the beach that takes you there. The neighborhood around Eden Roc is mainly other hotels with few coffee shops and restaurants. The Fontainebleau is nearby and has a cool bar to stop by.

Service sucks! Called 3 times just to get towels due to a leak in the shower from a damaged door to the shower that won’t close completely. Took them 2.5 hours and 3 phone calls
