We loved the room! Nice kitchen with a washer/dryer, fridge, stove top, etc. bath with double sinks, 2 queen beds, a pull out couch & small dining table. The location is great! One block from the beach and the free trolley to SOBE stops right outside the door. Nice pizza place, Subway, grocery store and fab Burgers and Shakes place within a block of the hotel.
Downside: there is NO housekeeping! And nothing provided to do it yourself. No dishwashing liquid, no broom or dust pan. They say there are beach chairs but "due to covid" (???!) there are not. The only front desk person we found helpful was a man named Sandy. The Travelocity website says check in is at 2 but its really 3.
Nevertheless, i would stay there again in a heartbeat! The pros way outnumber the cons.

I loved the location !! Cute beach town with many good restaurants! Safe and walkable. But the staff was not gracious and accommodating. Several plumbing issues and one of our rooms lost power for a day.

Friendly, helpful staff. Our room was very nice & had plenty of towels. Extra towels were provided for the beach as well as camping-type chairs. Nicely decorated courtyard. Limited parking, but if ur not bringing a car then no worries. One minus- upon arrival I spotted 3 bugs around the kitchen shelves & 1 bug on the bathroom wall, all of the same variety. I killed them & didn't see any more during the rest of my stay but it wasn't pleasant to find those, to say the least...but that was the only negative thing I can say, everything else was great!
