Not quite as we’d hoped- but did the job

our room was over filled with furniture and neither of the beds could be accessed other than from a single side, nor could the closet doors open fully due to the size of the bed frames. The room itself was not cleaned before we arrived (beds made, but floors were gross). We asked for new sheets, towels, coffee pods to be brought while we were away between 8-11every day while we were out, but this was only possible to coordinate in the second to last day of a 7 day trip. Every other day we called several times and asked, making beds ourselves, which is not the end of the world, but annoying when you have two small kids. Both pools were relatively small, but nice. The free breakfast was at a restaurant 5-10min walk away where only one option exists but is also not as stated on the menu. Lots of surprises here along the way, we travel a lot so not a big deal, but definitely not an all-in-one spot. Nogal restaurant has a free happy hour for guests 5-6pm and they are super friendly. Food there was also some of the best we had in Miami.

The pools were amazing , the staff was very helpful No parking but they will let you know where you can park for a daily fee and the parking guys are great as well Everything was walking distance and close to the beach 24 hrs store very near Had a great experience

I had a balcony room. The hotel was nice and had a beautiful atmosphere. I loved the aesthetics of the place overall. Clean, great staff, amenities and super convenient location. 10 out of 10 will stay again!

The hotel had everything you would need from room to rooftop pool, beach towels, friendly staff. They even let us keep our baggage in special safe zone in their lobby when we checked out, so we can hang out without heavy baggage. Thank you!

Checked into a room that was infested with roaches. I went to placed beverages inside the refrigerator and that’s when we saw the roaches crawling from underneath the refrigerator. I will never stay at this location or any that maybe affiliated with it. Sadly the manager sends over breakfast vouchers that could be used at another location and couldn’t choose anything off the menu.
