The property staff was womderful. I love how ice is brought to your rooms. I liked the option of fully stocked bar and refreshing pool area with the lovely cabanas. The artwork is to die for in the lobby and the housekeeping staff is hands down the best I have ever encountered at a hotel.

Although Hotel Victor has a great location, and is nice looking, the Hotel is also GREAT FOR OVERLOOKING GUEST.
An hour prior to check in , I was called by Hotel Victor , and asked if I was still checking. I said yes and was told that check in would be at 4pm due to cleaning the room; however upon arrival we waited another hour and 39 minutes to check in.
The rooms are nice but when I needed fresh wash rags and towels they weren’t brought up , a few hours later I had to go to the front desk to receive them.
Then the ultimate kicker was when we had asked about getting a taxi from the hotel to the airport... we were told on several occasions that a car was on the way ; however we sat in the lobby, and no taxis ever showed up, we basically were lied to about traffic, and we ended up missing our flight. ( I called a woke my friend up who was also staying in the hotel, and traffic was light.) so we were basically lied to by the front desk.
No Apologies , No Compensation , a nice looking hotel but they definitely forget about you after check in.

The hotel is located in the perfect location. The staff is super friendly and courteous. The room/bathroom was spacious. Very close walk to the beach. The hotel provides towels and beach chairs so can enjoy the beach.

The hotel was perfect, enjoyed all the perks of the property to the fullest. I will definitely choose this hotel for when I go back to the hotel.
