This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location! My room was clean and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.

Chelsea hotel
We stayed at the Chelsea for just one night coming back from the Keys. It is a small boutique hotel on Washington and 10th. The area is a bit dirty but a good location from the Beach and very easy to get to if you are coming by car. Note there is no parking at the hotel but a few parking lots on the side streets. The person who checked us in was very nice and he did it very quickly. The check in time was 11am but we were able to check in early which was great. We ended up on the first floor and the hotel room was nice with a king size bed and quite bright. The king size bed was very comfy but we kept waking up during the night as there were lots of noises, coming from everywhere. People in the hallway and above the room - it was very loud. Our other travel companion in another room down the hall, had the same issue. Perhaps if we had rooms on the 2nd level it might have been difference. The location is great and as mentioned, the bed was very comfortable. Having the restaurant/bar in the same was also very handy...it was just the noise at night that kept us up. Not sure what the high season would bring and how noisy it would be then. Would probably give it another try... For anyone going on a cruise, close proximity to the cruise terminals and the highway to the airport. Took us 15 min to get to the MIA from the hotel.
