Clean; friendly staff, pricing was clear and upfront. Only issue is that the key cards didn’t work half the time but they gave us new ones each time we had the issue! Would definitely stay here again!

Better than expected.

Overall is better than I expected. The hotel sent some emails that seemed pretty strict, and that led me to believe that I would have an uncomfortable experience, however… The staff was welcoming, the room was clean, and everyone was very accommodating.

This is my second time staying at the property. The first time was in July and we came out before our cruise. The room was clean and large and the bathroom was spacious. We decided to come back again before this cruise. Check-in was quick and easy. The only hiccup was when we got to our room. It smelled of mildew, but it was quickly resolved. We went back down to the desk and the host quickly exchanged our room for another. It took all of five minutes and it was painless. We then ate at the restaurant however it was late so there was only a limited menu. We had the wings and fries and they were tasty and the drinks were delicious. All in all the stay was great and when we come back to Miami in December, we will probably stay here again.

Very friendly and accommodating, rooms clear and very cool in temperature, just some miner thing like no tissues for your nose and no trash can for trash and if your there for days , because the bathroom one is way tiny. But over all would stay again, oh wish the had a smoking area like the roof top where no one goes. Would be great . Its a controlled investment. I would go again. Good food at the Tavern, wish coffee was served from6-9 for us night owls . Thumbs up 👍

Look elsewhere, this place is not professional

Negatives: - No AC running upon entering hotel room. - Got placed right next to an elevator, despite it being off-season and half empty hotet. - Non-working pool filters, hair clots and debris floating around the pool (not a little but ALOT). - Noisy neighbors both nights around 1AM - Leaking ceiling outside room, which required a repair job all morning one day (lot of power tools). - Room keys that stop working just one day into the stay - Evacuation Alarm at 1AM in the morning, with no reason explained on why nor any apology from the hotel staff. - Offered a partial refund for our stay upon checking out, only to be an empty lie from the hotel front desk and not honored. Positive: - Proximity to beach and ocean. - Decent food at Tavern Bar.

10 stars is my rating

This place is amazing. We stumbled upon it scrolling through hotels. So glad we did. All the staff from the front desk to house keeping to all employees at their restaurant “The Tavern”. If you go make sure you ask for Payton or Robert behind the bar. The management there is wonderful. Maria is the GM and she deserves more than 5 stars. Then the other manager Marcos was awesome. If there was more than 5 stars I would give it in all aspects. I will definitely make this my hotel choice any time I’m in Miami. So much better than the larger $500-$600 dollar a night hotels on South Beach
