With the events and restrictions going on the weekend of our trip, I feel like they should have been more accommodating considering we had to valet on Collins Dr and walk our luggage to the hotel trough huge crowds.

Due to flight delays, we were unable to check into our room until 3:30 AM. The staff was very accommodating and held our room for us until we got there. They also accommodated a late check out and provided toothbrushes and toothpaste to us because our luggage had been lost. They were very nice, and I appreciated their hospitality.
