This hotel is supposed to be a “Resort” yet their pool closes every day at 7pm. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the pool wasn’t open until 10pm. Also one of the beds in our room had a mattress where the springs were so bad and loud my son was complaining of his back hurting. When I said something about it they inspected the bed and ended up bringing in a thin mattress pad that didn’t even do anything. To pay between $500-$600 a night I expected way better. We didn’t even have a fridge or microwave in the room. I would not recommend or stay here ever again.

Disliked: Amenities
Overrated. A lot of kids. Overpriced, and they do everything to squeeze money out of you. For instance, they stock the fridges so that you cannot put in your own personal water, left overs, etc. the items in the fridge are on sensors so if you move anything to put your personal items in, you get charged. Also for how much you pay, the amenities in the room were subpar. Outdated TVs with no streaming service. No robes or slippers, etc. dirty windows. The whole room lacked the luxurious feel, which you pay for.

The room was clean for the most part besides some type of spill on the window. The establishment was beautiful but the service not the best at times. The first night I decided to to go the lounge with my friend that was staying with me there and we were told we had to leave because my friend was “sleeping at the table” which she wasn’t. I truly would hope that the servers were not being prejudice against us. The next day at the pool it seemed like the server was prioritizing everyone else over us as well. I still enjoyed myself but the staff could have better hospitality.
