Excellent experience here! Great room with a view of the city a beach. Hakkasan restaurant at the hotel was fantastic! Only minor issue was the elevators at Tresor tower were slow and often crowded.

The property was magnificent with many pool options as restaurants. Great views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. We had an issue at check in where they moved us out of our room and never told us and we had no luggage brought to us for over 2 hours. The luggage was brought to the other room and we were still in the room initially assigned to us. Poor communication. Be prepared to spend a lot of Money if you plan on eating there. A chicken salad at the pool was $47! We ate outside of the hotel as there are many great options at less Then half the cost.

Very nice staff, very helpful and professional. Beautiful views of the beach and pool area. The one thing that irritated me the entire time is if you need your vehicle valet pickup is a crapshoot. The call in did not work, and it always took longer than their estimate. The day we checked out it took 40 minutes to get our vehicle. The best thing about the hotel are the restaurants. The food is top notch. Checkin was a breeze. The gym is well staffed but the equipment is outdated for the price of the hotel. That’s the equipment that even works.

Front desk during check in was terrible. Didn’t help to choose the room. Didn’t help luggage to the room. It was a complicated building but the lady was not kind enough to guide us or offer any help. Room amenities not discussed. Lots of problems we faced. Phone calls are not answered properly and excuse that the front desk should have been told you, but actually she didn’t during check in. Feels like discrimination of guests. Over all not happy but it’s an expensive hotel/resort.

The room is small and the bathroom is tiny. They rip you off $80 for parking even I mark in the requirement, free parking, the room is far from other main hotel center and entrance from conference hall. Elevators partly working. Water in the shower is dripping with no pressure, need to wait long time for the hot water to start. Very disappointed!!! This hotel don't deserve to be called 5 stars.

The room was nice but I expected that a hotel of this calibre would provide robes, slippers and coffee machines in the room. A robe was provided upon request but I was informed that they do no provide slippers.

The room and staff were excellent. We stayed in a beautiful oceanfront room; however, it did not include a balcony. Balconies are only available through an upgrade, which comes at a significant additional cost. Overall, the resort is very well maintained and the service quality is strong. That said, the food and beverage pricing is extremely high. A mandatory 20% service charge is added on top of already premium prices, which discouraged us from dining at the on-site restaurants as often as we otherwise would have. Without this pricing structure, the experience would easily merit a five-star rating. A few helpful FYIs for future guests: 1. The on-site Hertz car rental desk was consistently unattended. It’s best to book rentals online in advance. 2. Access to the pool and beach areas requires your room key at all times, with bag checks upon each entry. While understandable from a security standpoint, it can become inconvenient over time. 3. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the pool area, though they are allowed on the beach. This policy is understandable but adds to the overall inconvenience. 4. The bathroom was spacious, but the shower area itself was quite small and could have been better designed. 5. First-time visitors to Miami may want to dine in Brickell or downtown to avoid the resort’s high service charges. 6. The in-room minibar is sensor-based, with items priced at $20+ and charges applied after approximately 20 seconds of handling—use caution.

The elevators took forever to come—-30minutes!! I spend more time waiting for the elevator going up and down than on my trip. We had to beg for comforters for the sofa bed. Older building. Also the phone wouldn’t work properly unless on speaker. Overall service wasn’t the best either for the price you pay! Workers didn’t care to help

Room was clean- would prefer a free water bottle or two and access to an ice machine. The elevators were slow and often out of order. Pool service very good even when crowds were large. Food at pool not good at all- I was surprised at the poor quality and high cost. They did allow us to get into room several hours early which was great. Overall, a nice stay.

There is no coffee machine in the room, and there is no option to borrow one. Have to stand in a long line for coffee, and the swimming pools close at 6:00pm. No complimentary bottled water in the room for $550* price per night, feels not right.
