Excellent experience here! Great room with a view of the city a beach. Hakkasan restaurant at the hotel was fantastic! Only minor issue was the elevators at Tresor tower were slow and often crowded.

The property was magnificent with many pool options as restaurants. Great views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. We had an issue at check in where they moved us out of our room and never told us and we had no luggage brought to us for over 2 hours. The luggage was brought to the other room and we were still in the room initially assigned to us. Poor communication. Be prepared to spend a lot of Money if you plan on eating there. A chicken salad at the pool was $47! We ate outside of the hotel as there are many great options at less Then half the cost.

Access to the beach is a bit strange but service was well performed. For the type of hotel, I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the beach. I was surprised at how much seaweed was on the beach. You couldn’t access the ocean. The room and hotel are very clean. Prices are a bit high. I thought 8.00 for a blueberry muffin was uncalled for.
