The staff were all helpful and friendly and the hotel is in a great location, really close to ocean drive and south beach! The room was clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was a very relaxed experience which was refreshing from other hotels I’ve stayed in! Thank you for a great 2 night stay!

Overall a good value and good location. Room was surprisingly quiet even though very close to lobby. There were two small annoyances that I think could be easily addressed by hotel: 1.) there was no full length mirror in the room; and 2.) there were no “do not disturb” signs for the guest rooms. I was jet lagged during my stay, so my sleep schedule was off. I was not happy to have housekeeping knocking on, and evening opening my room door, so early in the morning - felt intrusive.

I had 1 of 2 suites. The air conditioner was great. It was somewhat loud but i sleep with a fan or the tv anyway It is so close to the beach, shops, amd restaurants. A 24 hours Walgreens is just on the corner. The air conditioner can be controllled ny you and goes as low as 61 (some hotels ait conditioning can not be controlled and is set at 70. There is a club atound the corner behind the property. Despite this and being on Collins Street. The room and property is very quiet The breakfast is descent, and they have a nice welcoming front porch. I smoked my e cig on the porch without a reprimand. The daily breakfast has OJ, iced tea. Coffee, cappuccinos, yogurt. Meat, cheese, delicious croissants, and mini cereal boxes. They also have bread, jellies, waffles and syrup i would come here again. Beach is beautiful!

Extremely clean hotel. Nice large corner room. Great location. Would stay again if it’s just one night. Nice front patio area. The only negative is you’ve got to keep the curtains closed because the view is into an alley.

Great quiet place. They provide a continental breakfast with no eggs. There are plenty of breakfast or brunch places walking distance if you want eggs, pancakes, etc. Very nice staff. The hotel is close to everything. They also provide beach umbrellas and like camping chairs, not lounge chairs for the beach. For the ladies, I suggest to bring your own blow dryer, the hotel does provide blow dryers in the room but they are a little older. Overall great place, staff, location. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help. However, we faced issues with the room size. It was advertised as suitable for four people, but it was extremely small and could barely fit two. The staff explained that most rooms have similar or even smaller space. Breakfast was another problem. The listing mentioned an intercontinental breakfast, but unfortunately it was very poor with no real nutritional value. There were no protein options at all, and most of the food was pre-packaged and only suitable for reheating. Overall, the experience was below expectations compared to how the hotel was described

Very warm welcome from the reception team and after all day travelling a nice touch letting us go in the room an hour or so early. Lovely hotel full of art deco charm and located just moments away from South beach. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the bed comfy and bedding premium. The only issue was the ongoing re-furb work and the generator just below my window. It wasn't an issue as it was only a few hours a day, and never after 4.30pm All the team members here were super friendly and helpful. Parking opposite ( on 13th ) is reasonable too - $20 for 24 hours. A lovely relaxing stay. Thank you.

Staff were brilliant. A stand out. Nicely decorated throughout including rooms. Breakfast simple but nice. Nice terrace looking onto street to sit and have your own drinks in evening. Great location as close to beach and bars/restaurants. Few even better if... Main issue is some level of noise intrusion either from 1st floor banging, Aircon which seemed old and very noisy, rooms on right side of building back onto a restaurant next door that had music blaring at weekend (not ideal when you have 2 young kids) but think it quientend down About 11.
