This is a nicer than a usual W but still anything but a true luxury hotel. For the price point - even for their suites - it’s a great value. Staff is hit or miss. Food the same. But it’s Miami Beach so that makes everything seem better. We have stayed here multiple times so they they are doing something right!

Stayed at W all over the world - rooms are fab , clean , huge, perfect for relaxing break - great views, pool, food, The reason for lower rating : Payin almost 900$ a night you would expect better toilet roll, slippers being changed, and showers to be updated or working properly/mantained , pressure etc as a basic for me Spa and more spaces by pool is a must
