First time in South Beach for my 40th - and the W was the perfect choice. We stayed 8 days and every moment was amazing. The hotel has direct access to the beach, which made it so easy to go from swimming at the beach to lounging by the pool to relaxing in our room. It's also within walking distance to great shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Uber rides were quick and convenient for anything farther out. The staff truly made our stay even better - they were friendly, attentive and always had the best recommendations for food, nightlife, and daytime fun. I couldn't have imagined a better place to celebrate such a special trip. Can't wait to come back!

Everything about the property is beautiful!! Best service, best weekend getaway, spacious rooms, gorgeous views and absolutely amazing staff - from doormen to waiters to beach and pool staff. Front desk was polite and super helpful. Activities were fantastic.. loved the mixology class , vodka tasting and the tea stations. Would 100% stay there again.

This property was beautiful and we would definitely come back again. It’s close by the Lincoln Road Shopping Mall and has amazing access to the Miami Beach, so everyday there’s always something new to do.

It’s a very luxurious property with really great amenities and a wonderful staff. The food is OK. The breakfast by the pool was the best but prices are very expensive. The room was so comfortable and had an amazing view. I was very spacious.. I love that it’s part of your stay. You have two chairs and an umbrella at the beach for you and the amenities are accessible throughout the day. You really don’t have to leave the property to have a good time.

The rooms are beautifully designed and thoughtfully arranged. I loved that housekeeping came twice a day during our stay. I never felt like I had to ask for anything and our needs were anticipated. I do think that cleaning in some areas of the room were a bit neglected. In particular, the walls and the grout in the shower could use some TLC. But all the counter tops and bed and chairs were extremely clean. The resort amenities are lovely and the staff really took care of us. I would love to stay here again. Just be aware that this is a 5 star hotel, so you can expect for incidentals and any services you use during your stay to cost at least 1k. We spent a little more than that on 2 kids and 1 adult. We ordered room service twice and had drinks and food on the beach twice I believe. In addition, I’d like to mention that they are extremely dog friendly and treated our pooch like family. The 250$ dog fee was totally worth it to have our dog with us. I would like to give a shout out to the woman running the popcorn/shaved ice/coffee and tea cart. She was so sweet and my daughter loved her. I believe her name was Noelia? I’d also like to shout out the doorman, Peter, for being so kind and helpful. I’d also like to shout out Junior on the beach for always having a smile and making sure our beach chairs and umbrellas were to our liking.
