Baybreeze is a great place to stay. I had a corner apartment with a kitchenette. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance to the beach, Lincoln Rd Mall, and alot of good restaurants.

The property was in a great location for enjoying Miami South Beach and the surrounding areas. However, the room was a bit cramped even though I booked the larger option. It was neat and clean, the decor was awesome, i love the modern style. The only issue was the bathroom was very small for a larger body, but we made it work. Super comfy bed, a fantastic place to sleep thats not far from Port of Miami.

An ideal location, close to the action without feeling like it is on top of you. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I do feel like my room suffered a bit from damp (there was a slight smell in the air) but I know this is incredibly common in a location like South Beach. As the room was kept very clean, it wouldn't put me off staying again. One of the best Miami experiences on a slight budget so I would recommend.

The size of the room was extremely small and the kitchen appliances were dirty and old. We couldn't access to any bathroom after our check in hour while waiting for the flight back, the receptionist said he didn't even have one for himself. We didnt have any cleaning in the 4 days we were there, there was no label to hang on the door for cleaning or no cleaning. Thanks
