Marcos at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable, the rooms were clean and quiet. Loved the beautiful modern design. The rooftop patio was one of our fav hangouts.

Our first time in Miami and the hotel was perfect. The location is perfect and the room was nice. You can walk to just about anywhere, the beach is right across the street.

Our stay in Bentley hotel is good. The staff are very helpful and kind. We like the complimentary breakfast although its limited and they have complimentary drinks too. They upgraded our room but the room they offered us was in front of the street so you could hear noise from cars outside. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to the beach and the restaurants.

Overall a great experience, but some people really like to scream out loud late at night when you’re trying to relax on the balcony, also cars are loud with music and exhausts… Other than that, the hotel was cute, very friendly staff, I’d come back.

We loved this hotel! Best hotel we have stayed at in a long time. From the moment we arrived til we said goodbye, it was outstanding. The bikes, the champaign, the breakfast, the rooms, the beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. No nickle and diming us for everything. Just pure service. My only complaints would be the noise outsde but that isnt hotels fault. And elevators were slow. Otheriwse, I cant wait to go back!

We booked this hotel for one night when our plane was cancelled and we're so pleasantly surprised! This is definitely a hotel we could spend a week in South Beach at! No complaints at all! We had a Penthouse room with a terrace. The view of the ocean was beautiful and the terrace was large and a perfect place to gather for lunch and games. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was like new and the kitchenette was very well stocked. The staff was very nice and responsive to ever request.

Pleasant stay in South Beach at this boutique hotel. Great location and great view of the beach from the rooftop pool. A few other nice touches was breakfast and prosecco hour at 5 pm. Property had a few things that should be fixed (elevator say L for 2nd floor, lobby bathroom door locks not functioning, so it was 'out of order' and weather strips on pool steps were coming off. All in all, a good stay and would recommend to others.
