The hotel was at a great location. Access to the beach and stores. However the staff was not as friendly and informative. I was never told that the parking was not included and it would be my responsibility to pay for it until i checked out. As a customer these are things we should know at check in. So a little disappointed about that.

The room was clean, Beach on back of property was great. The one thing that I had trouble with is getting into early access as promised by front desk, after calling early and requesting as I had restaurant reservations. Was told I had four people ahead of me and I would have to wait because rooms where not ready around 12-1pm but once I left the property I received a text from the hotel that my room was ready with 10 minutes later which was so annoying.
