The staff there were impeccable. The MOST off putting was the excessive charges for everything. The parking was terrible and having zero options (unless you wanted to walk) was awful. Valet parking was our only option as we had a child with us. I think this needs to be looked at. But if we want to talk about the staff, WOW there was not a bad one. We interacted with many and they were beyond great.

My best friend and I enjoyed our stay at MOXY. we did not get to try the pool or restaurant located on pool level. Overall great help at front desk and stay. Room was kind of small and no fridge in the room but still decent for a few nights stay

Although this hotel was friendly and clean, the rooms were small and checkin process was a bit complicated. If you are a small party of 2 I think it’s just fine but for 4 it was a tight squeeze with luggage.

Got stuck in an elevator for 15 minutes, room smelled awful, no refrigerator/microwave, no where to move around in room, shampoo and conditioner were poor quality, no soap, when the maids came in, they didn't even make the beds, towels had someone else's hair on them, and in the future, let the patrons know that they will be paying $30.00 PER DAY to use the beach access and pool.

One of the worst stays of my life. I must of asked to get housekeeping a thousand times with no success. My room stank and was nasty by the time I left, was there for four nights. The pool was super crowded too with very little room. Service was very slow all around.

I had a great stay at the Moxy South Beach. My flight got into Miami at 7:30am and I figured I leave my bags at the front desk until check in at 4pm but they let me check into my room early! The hotel is so cute! The design is playful and cool. I love the pools and the coffee shop in the Lobby. It was clean and comfortable. It’s a great value if you’re looking for a stylish low frills stay that’s close to the beach.

It is a party hotel, so if you are looking for some peace and quiet, this is not the place. The front desk staff was inattentive, unfriendly and obviously not having a good day when we were checking in. There is only two desk available and only one person working, so the process was also slow. The cleaning happens every other day and there is absolutely no space to store your belonging, the little rack they put on the wall is pretty useless and bulky, making the rooms feel smaller. I wouldn't stay there again.
