Mariano resolved any issue we had. The staff are very courteous and pleasant and available to assist at any time. The pool side view was good for festivities. And the Baja fish tacos were delicious. We would definitely return and recommend a stay at The Moxy!

The hotel is clean and easy walking distance to the beach and food options. The size of the rooms are the only issue. It felt like an inside cabin on a cruise ship. No storage and limited outlets for charging your phone. Overall we had a great trip, but would try a different hotel next time.

There was hair on the shower walls from the guests before us and I had to ask 5 separate times to get the shower cleaned. It wasn’t done until the 3rd day of our 4 day stay. It was disgusting and our concerns were not important to the front desk.

The room was so so tiny you couldn’t even move. Didn’t have a place to properly put your stuff.. wouldn’t stay there again. They had no one to carry our luggage; they said it wasn’t part of the hotel.

Over priced, hotel room small, no refrig, closet, cloth drawers hang up closet. I swear I had a continental breakfast included -!nope. Cup of coffee $6.71. Destination fee $30.00. Was told it was Not a regional fee, but rather a hotel fee. My mistake for booking this reservation-as I normally do a lot of due dilligence.
