Had no beach view. Some staff had no clue what was going on. No organization whatsoever. Had to pay 54.00 a night to park a car as well as 90.00 in destination fees. When asked about the fees told it was for the pool and bikes. Never told about bikes and pool closed at dusk unless you want to wade in a kiddie pool. Total joke for money spent.

First time in Miami. The Moxy was amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Vibes were perfect. Pool party was so much fun!!! The food was delicious. Location is perfect, central to everything on South Beach. Definitely coming back in 3 months. Thank you Moxy for the best stay and experience.

The room had hardly no room to walk around in. Extremely small. No desk, no chairs, no refrigerator, no closet, no microwave, and last but not least no scenic view. Just a view of the alley and the apartment building next door. Price to park the car $54 a night, totally insane. Extra charge, which is called destination fee. For the use or services of a luxury chair at the pool, bike rentals for two, and complimentary chips and salsa at the restaurant. None of those three things we actually use but we had to pay $30 for it anyway. For a luxury hotel with a charge was over $200 a night totally unacceptable. I was booked for two nights and told them I wasn't staying here the second night. Can not tell you how unhappy I was along with my wife who is totally upset. One because she needs a wheelchair or a walker to get around room had no way to actually get the wheelchair in. All we can use was the Walker. The other reason is we are senior citizens, and we was in a hotel that was totally a party atmosphere with young people. Chances of us ever booking again with hotels.com will be slim to none.

The staff there were impeccable. The MOST off putting was the excessive charges for everything. The parking was terrible and having zero options (unless you wanted to walk) was awful. Valet parking was our only option as we had a child with us. I think this needs to be looked at. But if we want to talk about the staff, WOW there was not a bad one. We interacted with many and they were beyond great.

From checking in to checking out, the reception area was clean and full of breakfast items, the staff was very nice and friendly. The pools were beautiful, we ate and drank on site and were very happy. I would definitely go there and recommend to all. It was our 35th wedding anniversary, we were sent a bottle of prosecco as a gift from MOXY. Nice touch. Thank you.

Loved this hotel, nice facilities and great pool and staff, small cosy room but very well equipped. Staff were very accomodating with any request. Very grateful for the stay. Clening could have been done more regularly, but overall great.
