My mother died the day before we were supposed to stay. Despite having told Expedia and the hotel of her death, we were denied any sort of help and charged full price. Shame on you. When your mother dies I hope you are treated better than we were. You kick people when they’re down and you should be ashamed of your policies.

Cozy little hotel that I will stay at again.
I called the hotel about a week before to ask about shipping a box. From that call I knew this hotel was going to be awesome. Staff is friendly, polite, helpful. I can't say enough about this hotel. Rooms are very cozy and bright. This is a wonderful like gem. The location is great couple blocks from beach, South Point park, and fantastic restaurants.
