We have a lovely stay in November as a family of 3, rooms were spotless lots of space, everything provided from cutlery, booking utensils, kitchen roll, even dish soap and sponge! Breakfast was really good the first morning, bacon was the best iv ever tasted, and the grated hash brown, we never had this for the rest of our visit sadly and they change the menu everyday. We didn’t use breakfast much after this as the meat options weren’t for us or the potato’s. But they have pastry’s, bagels, yogurt, cereal, fruit, Mickey Mouse waffles, taco station, and great coffee. 4 buses to universal and back is a bonus and literally not far at all. Reception staff are lovely, laundry room was also handy, free parking, heathy can’t fault the stay we had we will definitely be returning next year!

The suite was very clean and comfortable. So from 3 days stay we booked originally, we added 2 more and stayed there for 5 days. Not giving 5 star ratings because of the breakfast items not having enough numbers of bananas and whole milk pouches. Once out, the staff didn’t care to fill them up, probably saving those for next time.

TV didn't work in living room. Remote wasn't the problem with batteries. Only one elevator was operational. The other you had to push 3 before pushing your floor number, the door close button was missing, and the annual State inspection was expired the last day of August. 2 months expired and no temporary extension displayed. The staff was wonderful and under staffed.

We had a wonderful time the resort and the staff were amazing!. The morning breakfast was always fully stocked and hot. The pool and hot tub were clean. The rooms were spotless!. The front desk staff were always very sweet and accommodating if I had to think of anything I would complain about is the fact that our fire stick wouldn’t link up to the TV lol. But we were able to access Netflix .

The room was very good. The problem was that there was only one elevator working so I had to walk a lot to get to my room. Besides that, everything was perfect. The room was cleaned daily, breakfast was simple but good enough (scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, pulled pork or chicken, potatoes, waffle machines, yogurt, cereals, oatmeal and bread station). Coffee was really good. There was complimentary water at front desk at request. No complaints on that matter. It was near Universal and several restaurants. Also with easy access to I-4.
