Upon walking into the hotel it stank nasty. No extra pillows or towels available at request. Ice machine at our building not functional. No phone in the room. No clock in our room. Hotel staff are miserable. People on our floor banging their doors open and closed at 1am. Yelling and crying in the hallway. Literally no sound proofing. We heard these savages running up and down the hallways into the morning blaring videos on their cellphones. I feel like money was robbed from me with this reservation. What a nightmare of an experience. Save yourself the trouble and do not stay here. Pay more and opt for a chain. This is def top 3 worst stays ever.

I would not send my worst enemy to this property. From the moment we stepped foot on property until we left, it was horrible. My first sign should have been the "no refunds after 15 minutes of checking in" policy. We stayed in room 160. The room had bugs and mold in the bathroom. I have photos and videos. We requested towels as there was one hand towel, one washcloth and one bath towel. We were told there were no towels available. The outside doors were not secure nor locked. The amount of illegal substances that could be smelled in the hallway of a non-smoking property was ridiculous. The patio door was sealed shut. There was rust that flaked off on the door from the lock. The bathroom door (wood) was so warped, it required force to open and close it. The breakfast offerings were substandard at best. The pool was advertised as year round but had a layer of filth on it. I bought my concerns to multiple staff members and was told there was nothing to be done. I will be contacting local health inspection to document concerns as well. Travelocity and Garnet Inn should be ashamed to market this property.

They stay was ok/good but the hotel advertised 2 tv( 1 in room and another in living room) and only had 1 tv which was in the room and not on the living room(had a wall mount up but no tv), the bathroom toilet was shaking and had stains in toilet in the room

WHAT I DID LIKE WAS THE FACT THAT THE BIG SPANISH GUY WHO RECIVED THE NOISE COMPLAINTS THANK GOD USED HIS KEYS TO ENTER THE ROOM AND POTENTIALLY SAVED MY LIFE AS I WAS BEING HELD DOWN AND SUFFOCATED AND COULDNT BREATHE OR GET HIM(MY EX) OFF OF ME.SO, THANK YOU.

Almost good!

The bed was the best part, really the well made and clean. I found 4 small cockroaches on the bathroom floor. Thumbs down for that. The breakfast is basically cereal, cold milk, coffee ok, breads for toast and pancakes. The price is reasonable!

I didn't like how the beds were because there was stains on the sheets on the bed close to the bathroom and there was a stain on the pillow on the bed closer to the window and then when we asked if someone could change them while we were out of the room we were told that they didn't have anyone to do that that we would have to do it ourselves.

The motel is ran down. Very noisy in the courtyard with people passed out, not sleeping in their rooms. The doors in the rooms all had holes in them. The room was spacious and could’ve been a lot better experience if it had been taken care of a little better.

This place was very bad and nasty. I went for a one night stay and did not last an hour. The place was extremely unsafe with gates and access doors to the building left open and unable to lock. The hall smelled very strongly of cigarettes and the room smelled like a mixture of mildew, moisture, and bleach. I immediately looked for a new place to stay because I felt unsafe and everything felt and looked unclean. It did not look like any of the photos other than the bedding. I do not recommend this to anyone and it should not be on expedia.
