When I checked in I was informed that the boiler went out, but they were working on it. It was never fixed, and there was no hot water to shower.

Dear guest,Upon chcek in you were informed about the situation, it was your decision if you wanted to stay or cancel teh reservation this was the reason why your were informed before doing anything. And yes there were working on it however never garanteed it was going to be fix the same day.

The view from room 206 was breathtaking. Lots of traffic. The diy waffle maker was excellent. Great price per night and friendly staff.
