I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly, the room was perfect, and I loved the hotel itself. The breakfast was great and had multiple options for me and the kids, which made mornings easy and stress-free. Everything felt clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Overall, a really pleasant experience and I would definitely stay again.

I requested a charged receipt. Then two days later recieved a new one for about $100 higher. Requested an itemized charge list to be emailed and never got one. Bartender tried charging room after charging our card also. We said something 3 different times about this.

Broken dresser in room, room we reserved was no available (and would be for 1.5 hours after check in), kids section of pool was major selling out for why we stayed there and it was the only pool bot heated which left it completely on usable it was freezing.

Yes, The day we arrived we got checked in and the room we were given had ants all in the restroom and sink area. I returned to the desk and reported it and asked to be put in another room but was told that wasn't possible until the next day. That seemed odd but I really didn't have no choice, so we just kept our stuff in our luggage's and got some rest for the night since Saturday we were visiting 3 parks. Woke up Saturday morning and went to the front desk to see if it was possible to get the new room since we would be gone the entire day. I told the desk clerk what had happened and they had no idea, then I was told I should've been moved last night immediately! I was then given another room and we proceeded to move, only to enter the room and see what we thought to be just not cleaned yet. I went to the front desk to inform them the room hadn't been cleaned yet, and while I was doing this the person who was assigned that room entered the room while my fiancée was waiting for me! So, they were all confused as who was assigned the room and trying to figure that out, I had to finally tell them they were digging deeper into my plans for the day ( almost 2 hours had past). I finally was told they didn't have the suite I paid for, but could put me in a smaller one, unless I was willing to wait longer. I ended up having to put my luggage's on a cart in my daughter's room until we returned, which caused us to cut our night short simply because we didn't have a room
