Devonte was the nicest while checking us in, Elizabeth at the universal counter is amazing at her job and was a real hero and the spa ladies were our favorite. Sokie and the ladies need a big raise. Everyone was so sweet, the Starbucks ladies were very nice and always a nice break during the day.

We love this hotel but the first visit was better than this time. Our room was bigger last time with a better view and it was quieter the first time. This time it was loud from the traffic and people outside and we were next to a maintenance shed where workers came in and out all day long into the night. We asked for extra blankets and sheets to be delivered during the night and it took 3 hours for them to arrive. The waterpark closed at 6 instead of 7 so we didn’t have time to do it. The heated pool was still very cold and the hot tub was full of bugs and it was crowded. The jet bathtub in the room was very nice and we love the balcony and the full kitchen in the room. It is easy to park and find your room and it’s pretty safe out there. Walmart and 7/11 are close by as well which is convenient.
