The price was suppose to be all fees included, i was charged 134.96 extra for Resort fees and tax, also the room was dirty and the heating unit made very loud banging noises when starting and shutting off.

I was extremely disappointed with my most recent stay. I stayed here in 2016 and had a great experience, the frequent shuttles, jacuzzis, room views, and sub shop were all reasons I chose to return, expecting the property to have improved over time. While check-in staff were polite, we were placed in a room very far from the front with a long walk and were not offered a golf cart shuttle. Once in the room, I discovered that shuttle service to Universal now requires booking 24 hours in advance, which was never communicated prior to check-in. Because of this, we had to rely on Uber and spend additional money I specifically hoped to avoid by staying here again. We also found that the sub shop no longer makes subs. When we turned on the jacuzzi after returning from the park, black residue came out of the jets, and there were small black curly hairs on our “fresh” towels. I have photos of the bath if you’d like me to forward them. Due to these issues, we checked out the following morning as soon as we woke up. I typically avoid public complaints, but given this experience, I would like a refund to be considered.

Only thing was if they call and offer cookies and breakfast, its so they can try and get you to do a timeshare presentation. Clean, nice pools but waterpark costs $$. Nice sunset views.
