The price was suppose to be all fees included, i was charged 134.96 extra for Resort fees and tax, also the room was dirty and the heating unit made very loud banging noises when starting and shutting off.

Devonte was the nicest while checking us in, Elizabeth at the universal counter is amazing at her job and was a real hero and the spa ladies were our favorite. Sokie and the ladies need a big raise. Everyone was so sweet, the Starbucks ladies were very nice and always a nice break during the day.

The staff there really likes to take their time, I have never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to check in anywhere, when I got to this location I had to wait for about 45 minutes about five people were just standing around doing nothing and the ones that were working seem just to take their sweet time, the guy at the security gate for the main gate to go through held up traffic so bad that it was backed up to the main road. After spending an hour checking in and getting parking it took about another 15 minutes just to get through the gate so if you like waiting then this is a good place to go. Also tried to sell me on a timeshare which was a joke! I will never waste my time and money on one of those again!

The staff clearly doesn’t want to be there. Room service is nearly impossible to get. The remotes and fans in the room barely work. The environment is uncomfortable and the store and restaurants are beyond over priced. It was cheaper for me To have dinner doordashed than it was to go to the restaurant for the same food. Will not return or recommend.
