The price was suppose to be all fees included, i was charged 134.96 extra for Resort fees and tax, also the room was dirty and the heating unit made very loud banging noises when starting and shutting off.

Devonte was the nicest while checking us in, Elizabeth at the universal counter is amazing at her job and was a real hero and the spa ladies were our favorite. Sokie and the ladies need a big raise. Everyone was so sweet, the Starbucks ladies were very nice and always a nice break during the day.

Our visit at Westgate lake was great. Our room was beautiful and the pool was amazing. The only thing we did not like was the service at Drafts sports bar. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly but it took almost 20 minutes to even get a hello when we sat at the bar. Being a server and bartender myself I understand that it gets busy, but a quick "hello I'll be with you as soon as I can" goes a long way. Also the hour rule of only a drink per hour really isn't so cool for people on vacation who are NOT DRIVING OR SHOWING SIGNS OF BEING "OVER SERVED". When we pay over $2 grand for the week to stay at the resort, and we can't order more than a drink per hour is ridiculous. This is why people go on vacation, to unwind and not have to worry about things. Other than that our stay was great! We were close to universal and near a lot of fun things to do. Also the water park located in the resort is great if you have kids.

Property is dated and needs refurbishing . No reataurant for breakfasts. No ice machines. No room service for stays less than 7 days. Staff was ill informed on various topics.

The resort is great. It was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Only down fall is we lost hot water twice. Once on Wednesday night and another the morning we left. They did extend our checkout so we could shower before we left and that was really nice. They had the hot water working within an hour of calling.

I thought the resort was very clean when you walk in your room you could bleach which I thought was very, very thoughtful because a lot of people travel in and out of these rooms. I didn’t like one of the buttons on a Jacuzzi tub didn’t work, but that was not a big. There was one thing that I didn’t like everything is so expensive. Bowling $10 a person video games like $10 a person I think that should be reviewed, but my experience was great.
