A/C quit working, they sent a maintenance guy who came turned down thermostat and said unit needed charging. Said he was going down and charging unit never came back to see if it was working. Never came on after several attempts finally to get something done about no ac they said they would move us to an upgraded room. Never heard back from them till next day when again I had to reach out and finally got a much nicer room. The extra charges for amity’s is a joke. They still charge you for everything if you choice to participate in activities. They also try to get you to sit through an hour and half seminar on becoming a shareholder. I’m on vacation to get away from meetings and my phone and shut down not sit through a seminar on my first day of vacation. They also Sid they would give me a 75.00 credit for no ac never got the credit. I could go on and on about my week stay. Not going back. Not worth the money it cost to stay.

The price was suppose to be all fees included, i was charged 134.96 extra for Resort fees and tax, also the room was dirty and the heating unit made very loud banging noises when starting and shutting off.

A birthday trip for me and my daughter, the room that we stayed in was very quaint, and was very clean. We truly enjoyed our stay. Except getting access to the front desk was a bit difficult
