Beautiful property and suite with lots of pools and everything you could use or need inside the room. A little dated but It was huge with a washer and dryer which was very convenient. Great location. Near many shops, restaurants and highways. I didn't like that the toilet clogged daily. The bathroom was Dirty with someone's hair in it. Waterpark is expensive and should be free or included in The resort fee and if it rains or thunders they shut down and you get no money back. Which of course happened. You should at least get a credit to come back. Front desk staff were great with the exception of the Starbucks lady who was not friendly and does not dare make your coffee not like a traditional Starbucks. No instructions as to what to do with trash. Overall a very nice property nice staff and a few things to consider working on.

I love that there were like 7 pools there. That the property was close to Walmarts and a lot of restaurants. It was less than 10 minutes from Universal Studio and 20 mins from Magic Kingdom.

The common areas of the property were well maintained I stayed in an “upgraded” room bd the room wasn’t up to par I had big roaches in there under the bed was filthy and when I called to have these things addressed they tried to charge me for them to come clean it up I would not ever go back or recommend.

The Villa was perfect for our needs. Unbeknownst to us, the locked sliding glass do could be jimmied open from the outside and someone entered our villa on two separate occassions. Security was called and maintenance did come fix the door.

I didn't like the water park lockers weren't opertable. I also was unhappy with the bar tender at the pool bars. I wasn't informed of where I could wash my clothes. I also wasn't informed that extra towels are placed underneath the sink. I also didn't see anyone enforcing pool goers that swimming with sneakers on is prohibited.

I had several issues. The first night, I had no remote for the TV in the bedroom and the doorbell didn’t work. They sent a remote and that’s when I found out the TV actually didn’t work. They sent the electrician, who said it was the TV. I called back to the front desk to see about a new room, I was told no, not now they were going to fix the problem. He came back with a new TV. But before taking it out of the box, he somehow redetermined it was now the outlet and not the TV. He then said he would be right back, leaving the front door wide open. I closed it 20 minutes later and called the front desk to ask what was going on. This is when they finally said they were going to change my room, 2 hours after I had already requested it. I was told they were sending someone with new keys and to help me move to a new room. An hour later in my pajamas I had to drive across the resort and get new room keys because now its 9/10 pm and no one has shown up yet. An hour after getting in the new room, the front desk called and said they were sending someone with a key to help me move. I asked why, when you are calling me in the new room. No need I already drove up there and got the key and changed my own room. She asked again, your in the new room. Yes, I am good night. 45 mins later, someone shows up to the door saying I’m here with your new room keys. I stood there and just looked at him, like the incompetence here. The next day the toilet stopped flushing. The Bed was the best part.
