Staff was courteous and sweet. Breakfast buffet is same everyday with bakery items that are dry and cut fruits that seem to have been refrigerated for a while. Breakfast menu can be surely improved, with few staples and some new items each day. Pool was well maintained. And rooms were ok. Overall its an old property thats well maintained and has a great location but has scope for improvement for sure

Pool area is great and the only decent part of the hotel. The rest of the hotel is in dire need of a major overhaul. Shocked this is branded as a Sheraton/Marriott. The rooms were rough as were the windows on the ground looking out at the pool area being filthy and permanently fogged or cloudy. Area was great, but as a loyal Marriott guy, not what I am used to. With some love though, it could be great again.

We didn’t have water when we arrived and then did not have water for 10 hours the following day. Then we did not have hot water the following night. The fitness room was closed which we were not told in advance or at check out. The staff was all very nice.

No hot water for 12 hours, they turned the front desk phones off, I guess because they were getting so many complaints. What if there was an emergency? No microwaves in the room or on the floors, and the on-site store was already closed when we arrived at 5pm. Definitely NOT a resort. I will say the staff was nice and they refunded the resort and parking fee for the lack of hot water, but it was highly inconvenient.

Rooms are outdated, parking is hazardous, linen was dirty, staff was unfriendly and water ran BROWN in the bathroom sink (which was in the bedroom.😭 Weird setup, don't you think?!?! When I complained to the front desk and asked for a new room, they never once apologized for the inconvenience or the issues. They just stated that water was recently turned back on for the property and that's to be expected while things adjusted. How GROSS! Then she made me feel like i could not get another room because they were "sold out". They eventually gave us another room. I was charged $28 to park and the only available lot tonpark in was all the way in the back of the property where construction was happening, it was dimly lit and worst, NO RE-ENTRY back into the hotel. Meaning i would have to WALK all the way back to the front of the hotel to gain re-entry. Absolutely not. I drove back to the front and requested to park xliser, which they they allowed me to park in the valet lot, directly iutside the door. I'm not sure if this property is in transition for upgrades but it was not a quality or a comfortable stay, which was a shame since my other Sheraton stays were good. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. O k let's get some super sleep

To many hidden costs ( resort fees/tzxes/self parking) that are very high… hotel is average at best , almost no staff, junior kids at front desk, annoying, dinner there is one option pool restaurant whitch is very average, and ridiculously expensive… they add 18% before tallying bill, couldn’t even make me a martini and they wanted to charge $18 - hello it’s warm, awful, not good value for your money..
