Hard to find parking had to walk a little to our building. Only complain I have is the water didn’t get hot in the showers jus luke warm almost cold which during the winter is horrible so we had to use the jacuzzi tub where there was very hot water. Overall loved it and will definitely come back

Parking was good. We were given a handicap room which was annoying. Construction going on and golf carts driving in the middle of the road or wrong side of the road. Some of the staff was short and bordering on rude. I understand smoking is an issue for a lot of places now but there needs to be smoking areas. Not just one in a complex that size. I do not throw spent cigarettes on the ground like most. I dispose of them properly but if you provided more areas and receptacles it would be better. People smoke. That will never change.

Our stay was amazing. The suite was excellent for us—perfect for my husband and me, with a separate room and bathroom for my sister. The kitchen was fully equipped, which allowed us to cook on some days. The TVs, cleanliness, and overall comfort were great. The location was excellent, right next to the outlets and, of course, very close to the parks. We will definitely be back again.

First and foremost I am a valued member of Hilton points also upon arrival I requested a high floor level and a pool or Lakeview I was not granted either of my accommodations instead I was told that I did not speak to anyone at this location which in fact I did because I spoke with a representative named Sammy,and that the customer service clerk sees my accommodations via telephone and said that when I arrive for my reservations I will not have any problems upon checking in during the check-in phase front desk Maryvaull stated my address was incorrect on my drivers license compared to the booking site which is not correct she went to de-escalate and find a manager manager say it she cannot help me with my booking the front desk clerk was very rude and was not knowledgeable at all she got her manager the manager told me that she was unable to accommodate me and the only floor she had available was on the first floor I explained to her I am very afraid to stay on the first floor due to being robbed and shot from a prior incident that happened to me while vacationind she just said she understood that was the only unit avail and would not accommodate me once she said that she told me she would give me a $20 credit that could be used at the deli and it will be charged to the room for this being my first time at this Hilton location his first impression was on acceptable and I have stayed at many resorts before I have never came across this problem Hilton please fix this issue

1st time staying here, and it was GREAT and will definitely be back. Property - 2 bedroom apt with Kitchen was spacious, clean and has everything you need. Amenities - Pools are great, but we didn't really use it, but the hotel area around the lake is great for a nice walking/jogging exercise. Convenient - Definitely an A+. right beside OUTLET mall with walking access with gate, where you don't have to struggle to find parking and lots of nearby FOODS & grocery for the family. OVERALL - a very POSITIVE experience & HIGHLY recommended.

room and staff were great, they would only allow us to get 1 extra blanket for the room, some nights we could have used extra blankets as there were 4 of us in the room and all have different temps we prefer so made sleeping difficult.
