The staff was very unfriendly and made it seem as if they only cared if you were a VIP/ vacation club member. They refused to give me points for my visit. The suite was dirty, the supplies were not stocked and the building I was put in was under construction/ renovation. Very disappointed.

We had to call maintenance 4 different times to fix the plumbing in our room. The toaster did not work and the washing machine consistently stopped working in the middle of the cycle with each use. The shower backed up on my daughter- nearly overflowing and leaving her standing in a pool of swill and old hair. This was all after waiting 5 hours post check in and being told that we were just waiting for our “upgraded” room to be ready for us. What a joke.

The resort was nice, however there is no restaurant or bar after 9pm. Also, I paid for a 3 bedroom suite and they gave me a 2 bedroom. The following evening they moved me to a two bedroom with an adjoining studio. This is not what I wanted, expected or paid for.
