I was verbally assaulted and embarrassed by an employee. I understand it’s hard to hold the entire wonderful resort and staff accountable for one individual’s behavior but it was quite uncomfortable for the remainder of our stay. I don’t feel I received reconciliation for this horrible event. Other than that, all the facilities were clean, beautiful, and convenient. The staff was beyond courteous and friendly. I would very much recommend Wyndham Grand to family and friends.

Not worth the money unless you have children and love pools. You have a choice of pools that are children focused. The room we were given (in a non busy or booked month) was a view of the portico roof blocking out any other view. The room had older grey carpet with stains and the drapes were also stained. There were no extra pillows, blankets, no cotton balls or Qtips, ice bucket bag was torn, no glasses or cups for water, pillows were old and hard and smaller than even a normal standard size would be and looked poorly on a king bed, the bathroom was old with the toilet on top of the shower making the person who took a shower shutting out the person from the toilet. This is an older property that they have tried to modernize but fell short of the mark. The walls are very thin and the people next to us were loud enough to make out their conversation. The dog barking down the hallway was also a surprise. The 32.00 parking garage and 39.00 amenities fee are acceptable however the room being close to 300.00 prior to the extra fees is not acceptable. Not worth the money for two mature people who don’t want to use the pools.

The room we were given had probably the worst view/no view in the hotel. Walls are thin and the people next door were VERY loud. A dog down the hallway has been barking on and off all night. No extra pillows or blankets were located. Carpet was stained, drapes were stained, at least the bed was clean. We paid WAY too much money for a room of this age/quality.
