Great pre-cruise hotel.

Overnight stay before a cruise departure. Nice and friendly staff. Airport and free Cruise Shuttles. I arrived well before my 4:00 pm check in time and was told by staff as soon as they had something available I could check in. Was able to check in at noon and also reserve our transfer for the cruise port. Free breakfast with waffle makers. IHOP and McDonald's within 7 min walk. Subway and Gas station right next door.

It took two hours for the hotel shuttle to pick up from the airport. The hotel staff was not knowledgeable about the process for pickup. The shuttle to the port was on time and organized. The front desk staff would benefit from training.

I like that we could leave our luggage’s while going around. The room had lots of space for the 4 of us. It was great to have the shuttle to Airport and breakfast in the morning of our flight back home. Recommend this hotel.
