The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds and pillows. Bathrooms very clean and very nice, with good quality toiletries. However, the location is not very convenient, you can’t walk anywhere. The Hotel’s restaurant is not really a restaurant, more like a fast food place with horrible service. Sat down at 8:30 pm and there where no servers, had to order the food to the bar tender , who was the only staff person available all night. Horrible food. Other than a bad restaurant, everything else was pretty good and our stay smooth.

Shower needs improvement
The only complaint was that the shower floor was very slippery. There was 1 grab bar & I made sure to be holding it so that I didn’t slip & fall. I did mention that to the front desk when I checked out. Also, I had a hard time getting hot water in the shower. Every once in awhile there would be a little burst of hot water & barely warm enough otherwise. Beds were comfortable and the hot breakfast was good.

Friendly staff and easy checkin process. Very accommodating for early arrivals after the cruise...allowed early checkin which meant so much after a wonderful but tiring week. We will definitely come back to this property next time!
