The staff was very friendly and attentive however my room was not properly clean, the shower was dirty and I found a dirty sock under the desk, I did notice it because I did a check in at night but when I wake up I notice the sock there.

Bad info on shuttle
I picked this hotel partly because it had an airport shuttle. A couple of weeks before arrival, I contacted the hotel and asked how to find the shuttle - they sent me information about calling a number once I arrived, and that their shuttle would be available until 11 PM. When I arrived at the airport at 9 pm, I followed their instructions, only to be told that their last shuttle was at 8 PM and I would have to find my own transportation to the hotel. Very annoying, and no recompense offered despite being given wrong information. If I had known this ahead of time, I would’ve booked a different hotel.

Generally clean, pleasant hotel
We have stayed at this hotel twice in the last two months - November 2023 and January 2024 - and were generally content with our experience. The facilities are fairly new, clean, the breakfast options are good, and there is free parking. There's even very cool art around the property. However, during our January 2024 experience, we noticed a few things that did not please us. 1) The free breakfast is only available from 6:00AM - 8:00AM, even during weekends. When we stayed there in November 2023, it was definitely available later in the AM - probably until 9:00AM or 10:00AM. The front desk staff member who checked us in confirmed that it had changed. Clearly, this is a cost-cutting measure by management that is unfriendly to guests. We arrived from the airport at 1:00AM on a vacation (due to flight and rental car delays) and were hoping to enjoy the free breakfast (and sleep in a bit). However, that is no longer an option. Fortunately, there are several Starbucks located nearby. 2) As we were running late from the airport due to flight delays and a long line at the rental car counter, I called the hotel to say that we were running late. The response was "You need to be here by 2:00AM." We were there well before 2:00AM, but that is not the most welcoming response. 3) This is a relatively minor issue, but housekeeping needed to clean the area around the light fixture right above the shower - that area included quite a bit of dirt, mold or something else.

Staff was dismissive and not polite. The bedsheets and comforter were stained and had hairs. We reached out to the front desk and they said housekeeping wasn't available at that time, they couldn't provide another room and did not offer any apologies. They brought us a set of sheets for us to change ourselves after 1 hour and multiple calls to the front desk. Expedia assited us and help us get the attention of the the hotel staff.
