We had a comfortable stay, but Guillermo, the front desk clerk who checked us in on the evening of Oct. 18th, took this experience to another level. He provided OUTSTANDING customer service! He was attentive, patient and his willingness to help two weary guests who had been traveling for more than 24 hours was greatly appreciated. We can't say enough about how helpful he was.

Very nice hotel. Looks clean and breakfast was great. I did find a roach in our room though. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t strong and only 1 elevator for 6 floors because the other was out of service. Other than that it was a nice stay

Overall the place is good. We have stayed there twice in the last 3 weeks. Probably not again. Only one elevator is working and when the place is full, the wait to get on the elevator is terrible. Needs a few more pieces of equipment in the workout room. Breakfast is very good, so congrats for that.

The room was okay overall, but the entrance door wasn’t properly sealed, allowing light to come through at night, which made us feel a bit unsafe. Also, the pillows were too soft, almost like having no pillows at all.

Room was comfortable clean and spacious. 1 elevator was out of service at the time of my stay and that was a bit of an hassle but that didn’t not deter from how good this hotel was. Breakfast was decent and the location is well placed.
