Wish I knew the pool was under construction before staying the lack of use and the loud noise hinder d a completely enjoyable stay. The bar was also not stocked well.

The room we booked was advertised as a suite with a king bed and queen pullout. The pullout was a twin bed so room had ro be changed. Next room had to full beds not even queen. This was for four adults.
And no notice that the pool was closed ans not usable. Coming from a cold state the pool was one of the reasons this location was booked. Disappointing to say the least.

My apologies to hear that your stay was not what you were expecting and that we weren't able to full accommodate you and your party. Our agents are usually very consistent on informing our guests that are pool is closed for renovations. In the meantime, we have partnered with the Hyatt Regency who allow our guests so use there pool since they are right next to us. We hope to get the pool back open sometime this year. Rest assured, we would be happy to have you back when all our facilities are fully operating so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest!

Awesome location dowtown and short walk from mqny great restaurants and stores. Staff was extremely friendly and the hotel is clean and modern. Perfect stay, would definitely come back!
