Juan at the desk who checked us in was very pleasant, quick and easy process. He offered everyone a bottle of water and he granted us an extension of stay until 12 noon to check out that was very important to us due to a terrible flight into town. It was pretty hot outside and they had our room feeling wonderful with the ac set to cool us down! Beds were perfect! Excellent cable viewing! Clean shower! Everything we needed and hoped for! Thank you Juan & Courtyard!!! Oh and the restaurant was open until 10pm which was awesome because of our late flight into town and the food was excellent which was perfect for helping me get the rest I really needed!!! I would 100% come to stay here again! Thanks to everyone!

The hotel's locatuon is downtown, which means easy access yo many restaurants and transportation. The hotel staff were responsive and friendly. The property is possibly dated, as the hallways and elevators were not ventilated. The beds are comfortable, but bathroom and decor are mediocre. Overall, good place to stay if you plan to see the city rather than stay in a room all day.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a trip to Miami and was genuinely impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, everything felt well-organized and welcoming. The cleanliness of the hotel stood out right away—not just in the rooms, but throughout the entire property. My room was spotless, well-stocked, and smelled fresh, which made it incredibly comfortable and inviting. One of the things I appreciated most was how quiet and peaceful the atmosphere was. Despite being in a busy city like Miami, the hotel felt like a calm retreat. I had no issues with noise, either from inside or outside the building, which made it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep every night of my stay. The food was another highlight. Whether I was grabbing breakfast, enjoying a late lunch, or dining in for dinner, everything I ordered was delicious. The menu offered a nice variety of options, and the quality of ingredients and presentation really stood out. It’s clear that the kitchen staff takes pride in what they do. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a clean, quiet place to stay in Miami with great food and excellent service, this is definitely a top choice. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in the area
