Everything was perfect except the shuttle back to the airport. I had an early flight and the shuttle doesn’t start until past 6:00am. So I had to take an uber. Also, the heater, it wasn’t blowing hot air unfortunately the day I arrived was cold.

Ac worked really good. Staff nice and accommodating. Our first room had a broken window frame...would not shut all the way and could hear outside noise. Gave us a new room which was really nice. Breakfast was good. Rooms were nice hallways a little dated but definitely not a deal breaker. Perfect place to stay if you just need a bed to sleep in and head to the airport or a cruise port.

The hotel is old and dirty. There were cockroaches in the room, the bathtub was horribly painted with a brush, and they didn’t clean our room because it was 5 p.m. and the lady who was supposed to do it said she didn’t have time since it was time for her to leave. Everyone was speaking Spanish and was very rude.
