The room was spotless, the view was everything i'd imagine and the convenience to basically the heart of Miami was a definite plus. The only thing i did not like was the new lighting all the hotels are using. I couldn't see how to apply my makeup because the lighting was sooo dim..other than that. The stay was great and i will return.

Overall, the property is in a great location, and I loved the views. However, I was disappointed that there was no mention of some of the benefits of being a Gold Expedia member, which I have experienced at other hotels. Additionally, the thermostat was inaccurate, and I was disappointed to find a diaper at the bottom of the pool.

This hotel was interesting. The cleanliness was excellent. I wish there was more lighting in the room. It was sort of difficult to see at night with only a couple lamps. I do hate that the suites don't come with a microwave nor a fridge. It made it extremely difficult to bring back food. Considering the price, a fine hotel like this should have those appliances in each room.

Didn't like the fire alarm testing: this occurred on 2 different days & had numerous loud announcements. Additionally, they came & entered my room, too to look at something. PARKING CHARGES ARE INSANE! The hold on my credit card was excessive, $150 a day, i never expected $450 to be on hold, after i already spent over $800.
