Hot hotel in Miami

Air conditioner did not work (and was noisy), room was hot and musty. Temp set to 60, but felt like 90. Lights flickered. Alarm clock did not work. Towel rack broken. There were no other available rooms. Staff gave me a free bottle of water and ice cubes to help me cool off.

Room was not clean, there were not enough bath towels for three of us, we have to go and ask at the front end both days. Room keys never work, had to ask them to reprogram every time we come from outside.

The hotel smelled like cigarettes. The furniture is outdated. Looks like it came from a yard sale. Some rooms were hot, humid, and funky. You could see. Into the hallway from underneath the door of the room.

El staff es súper, solo sugeriria màs de una persona ayudando en front desk para evitar demoras en el check in. Una sola persona tiene demasiada presion cuando los huespedes llegan cansados y tiene que atender a varios a la vez. Sin dudas volvería a hospedarme nuevamente... Limpio, el servicio de shuttle puntual y el desayuno muy variado.
