I found cockroaches in my room , I communicated to the staff , the answer in front desk was: “I can’t do nothing with it”, unfortunately was late in the night, I was there until early in the morning for my check out.

Had to wait 1.5 hours to get Shuttle from airport.I called Laquinta 4 times About the wait.Staff Seemed Rude.They Told go to do 7 and wait.On the last call they Advised me to go to door 7 on Depart .I was waiting Outside bagage claim door 7.Room Was Very Old but it was clean.They Charged a $50.00 Deposit Which was not on there Ad on Travelocity. There Were no Restaurants Or Stores In Walking Distance To Hotel ,No Vending Machines

hotel staff stated it was a 10 minute ride to airport however it took almost 30 minutes which forced us to run to catch our flight. Or sheets were damp. Fire alarm woke us up twice.

We had no complaints until we did not have wash cloths to be there from Friday to Sunday and still no wash cloths then you ask for a $50 deposit I have been waiting for my refund even as I write this review no I have to call them to release my funds I left on Sunday which was 5 days ago so no returns to this place for us

This facility lacks the common things for hygienic. There is absolutely any soap near the sink, and the staff give no face towels or medium towels. They only provided huge bathing towels or beach towels for the people to bathe with. The beds have springs on the mattress and is noisy and extremely uncomfortable for sleep. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The room had the window open and NO air conditioner. Terrible. NO bar soap or shower soap. Towels were old and dirty. Not even one toiletries or anything. I asked next day for towels and some soap and coffee and they gave one! I tried to contact the manager and he was always busy or not there. Very sad. Shame for the Wyndham name. The other La Quinta were ok! Not in my lifetime will set a foot again there.

This place needs some renovation and TLC. The room's floors were pretty rough, they clearly hadn't been swept or cleaned. No soap available for the sink to wash your hands. The chairs in the room and in the dining area were really worn with bare areas exposed on nearly every chair. The outdoor pool was fine, wear earplugs at night as planes fly overhead every 5 minutes. The staff was kind. There was a shuttle to take us to the port for our cruise and from the airport
