When we went to our room assigned to us it was occupied. Staff apologized and quickly gave us another room and a courtesy credit for use in the hotel. Handled very well by Pablo at the front desk. Thank you

Onarrival with handycapped companio no staff at curb for any help including bags. Check in took 20 min at desk. Clerck asked how many adults [ clearly 3 on reservation ] Told him 3 and he asked [after 15 min ] if we wanted 2 beds [also on reservation]. No one to help HC person to van and no one to help with bags. Other quests helped us We called ahead for HC help. Lots of employees standing aroud goofing off and on cell phones. Other guests checking out said same thing. Manager should be fired .

The employees at the check in were nice. The bed was not made properly. When the top sheet was pulled out from the sides the bottom sheet also came out. We had to make the bed again. The restaurant downstairs over charged. My daughter had ordered a chicken Caesar salad but was given a more expensive salad. She went down and was given correct salad but error hasn’t been fixed on credit card. The bathtub stopper kept engaging while taking a shower, which kept filling up the tub with water.
