The most outdated and the dirties hotel I've ever stayed at. I'm a big world traveler and chose this hotel before our cruise. The room was so so dirty that i almost stayed up the whole night. I have pictures of dirty stuff in the drawers, smelly and dirty sheets with bkack hair on it at the time of checking . The conceige was so rude . The hotel needs amjor remodeling as it is in a good location. If you are someone who likes upscale hotels, definitely avoid this hotel.

Hilton Blue Lagoon miami

The hotel was lovely I arrived at 10.00 am from a cruise I know I was early but I did not get stop Until 4.30 pm. My card was declined in the atm and in the shop. Phoned the Bank who said there was no reason my card should be blocked. Lady on reception very rude and unhelpful ended up walking 1.1/2 miles there and back to find an atm which of course delivered. This morning cleaner knocking on my door asking if I was leaving at 8.00 am!’ Despite do not disturb being outside also found that for some reason Expedia had booked two rooms for me a solo traveller

Stayed before a cruise. Party hotel to be honest not my scene. Shuttle I booked the night before was a total nightmare and made me late to my cruise check in. Not much selection for eating either especially for a vegetarian. Check in line was a mile long with 2 agents at the desk. I won’t be back.

One ding is that there’s no hand soap in the room. Drinks at bars are insane. $20 for a 12 oz plastic cup margarita. $20 hamburgers.

My parents had to wait over 2 and half hours for the shuttle for the ships, so I ubered for them so they wouldn’t have to wait anymore. The contracted shuttle service representatives were not professional and not concerned about how many times my parents had to call to get picked up. I also experienced the same service from the airport for the Hilton Blue Lagoon Miami Airport driver.He passed me up first time and I had to wait from airport over 1 hour and half.. I arrived at 6:02 pm curbside and I didn’t leave airport until 7:34 p.m. The front desk were very courteous, The room had a wet spot on Carpet and wasn’t fully cleaned when I checked in. The gym had broken machines, otherwise had a good workout. The Hertz gentlemen was very friendly and helpful in rental car area. Before booking this hotel I thought it was convenient and the amenities were presentable but this will be last time I’m staying there. They need more organization on Shuttle service from cruise ships returning and shuttle pickup from airport though its complimentary the workers aren’t professional and don’t understand Hilton offed This service and should be more professional about their jobs or get better training in relation to customer service ..

Really nice Hotel should be rated higher

I don't know why this property is only rated as good. It's an older property but it's well-kept and the staff is amazing. The rooms are spacious and the beds are the most comfortable beds I've ever been in my entire life at a hotel. The only downside is that check in the lines were long and slow moving. Check out was pretty quick though.
