This is a quirky hotel that has some pluses but, overall, for the price, it didn’t really work for us. In particular, it seems understaffed and lacking in quality-control and consistency in friendly service. PROS -Pool area and pool staff -Size of room; clean and spacious -Fitness centre -Check-in personnel friendly -Water in the lobby -Location CONS -Bathroom separated by flimsy curtain -Design of electrical sockets in the room could not support phone chargers; kept falling out -Breakfast waiting time in the restaurant was close to an hour with the justification being that room service was taking priority -When we asked for bath towels to be delivered because the maid had forgotten to leave them, a stack were delivered which included someone’s dirty towel -Room keys frequently demagnetized -Some front office staff (male staff) were abrupt and unfriendly

The staff was amazing. The room was comfortable. I was in a corner room which had a view of the city and the water. It was so gorgeous sunrise and sunset. Additionally, there was a bottle of wine waiting in the room with two cut crystal glasses.
