We booked two rooms an PAID IN ADVANCE. When following their extremely complicated online check in process, it became clear that they only had 1 room for us. I started messaging their online portal 2 days in advance. Finally they replied as we were LANDING in Miami to confirm we only had one room. With kids in tow we had to book last minute at another hotel in crowded South Beach late at night.

Fine. Inside terminal so it’s a no brainer for late night or early departures. Our room was small but very clean. It’s a worn down hotel, but functional. No noise from planes or people.

This hotel is inside the Miami airport and a great place to stay for late arrivals and early departures. It is dated but clean and everything works. The restaurant on the roof has a great view and good food but the service is really slow.

The rooms require an upgrade. Our door was swollen, making entry difficult. The heating was set to 75 degrees upon our arrival. The sink was leaking underneath, causing water to accumulate on the floor. The toilet was difficult to flush.

Staff was great, rooms small but clean and updated. Our flight arrived at 8:45 AM so the 12:30 check in was a bit tiring. For an international hotel in the airport, it would be a nice consideration to be able to check in as soon as rooms are available.

Everyone has been wonderful! From the greeting from the desk personnel to the porter who helped with our luggage. The room was spotless! Being inside the airport made my early morning flight so much easier!
