Location is very convenient, staff were friendly and helpful. Room is dark and dingy and in desperate need of a major refresh. Furniture was broken, water temperature in shower fluctuates wildly but since the water wasn’t hot it wasn’t dangerous, just annoying. Towels are threadbare.

Hard to find but fast check in.

Hotel was a little difficult to find. Tried to call but only had a reservation line. Check in was really fast even though there were a lot of customers in line. No lotion in the room.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Miami International Airport on level 2 by a Margaritaville restaurant. The front desk staff were friendly annd helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. The Vienna restaurant on the 7th floor has good views and a decent menu. It’s great not having to deal with airport shuttles if you have an early morning flight.
