The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. However, the front desk seems very understaffed during checkin/checkout times. And, they really need a quicker turn around for rooms. The 3:00 checkin was to the minute.. (even though we requested in over 2 days prior).. After getting off a ship, waiting 5 hours for the 3:00 checkin was miserable.. That is not really their fault though.. They DID make the 3:00pm checkin time .. just barely. The pool was pretty nice but totally shaded by the nearby buildings.. if you want to tan, that won't happen. Plenty of lounge chairs and cabanas though. And room in the hot tub.

Property was undergoing some renovations, so the lobby bar was covered up with plastic. Other than that, it was nice and a great location for walking around for restaurants. Awesome mall within walking distance. We stayed here prior to a cruise and will most definitely stay there again.
