We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city. But what really made our experience exceptional was the gentleman at the front desk. I believe he’s Colombian, and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, professional, and truly helpful with everything we needed. His excellent service made a big difference in our stay. Thank you for such a great experience—we’ll definitely be coming back!

It is a beautiful hotel, and well located very close to Brickell City Centre. We stayed for 5 days in the executive suite. It has very spacious, clean and we had no issues when requesting extra towels. I requested a suite in a higher floor even before my arrival but unfortunately a higher floor suite was not available at time of check in. The rooftop pool was amazing. We used it everyday and even at night up to closing.
