I like that it is close to shopping and restaurants. Room was very clean and sheets are super soft. We were very nicely greeted at check-in and it took about 2 minutes. The only thing that I wasn't a fan of is the product they use to refresh the carpet in the hallway, smells good but just a little too much. Other than that, I think it is a good clean hotel with lots of amenities in the washroom, free parking and free breakfast for a very reasonable price 😁

Stayed one night and it was okay. The pool was clean. No towels provided in the pool area. There was a laundry area which charges $2/ load. Breakfast was okay, not a lot of hot options.

Everything was good, the only part I didn’t like about the hotel is the housekeeping staff. I literally had to chase them down for towels everyday. 1 day they didn’t even come to my room to empty the trash,make the bed or give fresh towels.

I left the place before even checking in, because the little while i was sitting there i saw at least 3 different parties complaining about their stay and i didnt see the staff bringing any solution to the problems. So, i left so i wont need to be next in line to bring more probpems to them.

Totally disappointed with this experience. After checking in and entering my room, I noticed brown stains which appeared to be human faeces on multiple walls behind and adjacent to the toilet. I immediately contacted housekeeping who were already on the floor. They took pictures and began cleaning but missed one of the spots on the wall. I informed front desk and aksed to be given a new room. They said this could not be done due to hotel being at full capacity. However, a quick online search showed rooms were available. I informed them that I would be checking out immediately. Management is now refusing to refund me citing a no-refund policy. I am amazed that human faeces on walls does not constitute an exemption to this policy..
