So so...

Sort of odd place but it was ok... Not completely clean but ok. They spray a lot of room deodorizer or something all over the place.

Would never go back

No house cleaning, I was told to bring my sheets and towels down for a new set. Went down to the lobby, and was told it would be 30 minutes. Over 3 hours later, I still didn't have sheets. I just wanted to rest! Three out of the 7 nights I was there, the 6th floor smoke detector went off in the middle of the night. The blinds are not blackout. There is crumbs on the ground. If you want a hairdryer, you need to ask. Elevators weren't working and I had to do 6 flights of stairs up/down as I was recovering from surgery. They didn't want to give out extra blankets or pillows. Water was leaking in my shower and was super annoying to listen to all night.

There is no one at the desk after hours of 11 pm. They don't offer a shuttle. It was four of us in one room with two towels, so we would have to use two towels, then take them down and get two fresh ones. They said they offered breakfast, just coffee. Weird people at night just walking up and down halls, kids running free. Will not stay there again.

Front end staff very unprofessional, too many cats in the lobby. Also, we requested an extra pillow. They said they did not have any extras. We only had 2 small pillows on the bed. Check in very disorganized.
