The room was outdated and small it smell weird and wet. The elevator nasty and old looked like something from the 1930’s the bathroom super tiny. I paid $167 for one night that was wild for a zero star motel.

We had three rooms. While they were clean two of them had mildew odor. We had to change rooms. The staff was very polite and accommodating five stars 🌟 for them.

There when we needed them.

Hotel was perfect, close to the airport and was what we need for the unfortunate situation we got caught in with the air Canada strike, and we had to find our way out of Cuba from a family vacation and we where left stranded.

Not a good place

Personnel has no empathy towards guests. It is a hotel that has people living there, barely no space for parking. Fridge in the room does not work and reception does not have one to help either

I was here for one night , between flights at Miami airport On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and I got a pretty good night sleep . On the negative side, the reception desk was horrible, with a bad attitude, and they refuse to pick up the phone...so if you can't find the airport shuttle or have questions, forget about it...they don't want to talk to you. The room was small and had odors from cigarette and marijuana smoke . Overall, I can't recommend this hotel . They need new staff who aren't antisocial...and they need to address the odors in the room
